Premier d'Azur is a curated marketplace and discovery platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, professionals listed on the platform are independent providers responsible for their own services, availability, pricing, permits, insurance and contractual commitments.

Professionals are responsible for ensuring that profile information, imagery, credentials and service descriptions are complete, current and accurate. We may decline, suspend or remove material that is misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with the quality and safety of the platform.

Where a paid placement or other paid platform service is offered, payment is processed through the payment flow presented at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment partner. The terms shown at checkout form part of the relevant purchase.

You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, copy or scrape content at scale, misuse another person's information, or use the platform in a way that is fraudulent, harmful or unlawful.

The Premier d'Azur brand, platform design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the platform for personal or legitimate business use, but may not reproduce or exploit its content without prior written permission.

We may update, suspend or change features to maintain or improve the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; otherwise, the platform is provided on the basis permitted by applicable law.
